Hogan Announces $2.34 Million in Housing Grants for Bucks County

June 17, 2025

HARRISBURG – Rep. Joe Hogan (Bucks) today announced that Bucks County has been awarded $2.34 million in grants to focus on housing support and repair projects from the Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency.

Groups supported by this funding include Bucks County Habitat for Humanity, the Bucks County Housing Services Department and the YWCA of Bucks County.

“This is great news for the people of Bucks County,” said Hogan. “Millions of dollars will now be invested in our communities to help find housing or make critical repairs. More people in Bucks will now be able to reach their dream of homeownership.”

Funding for these projects was approved for Pennsylvania Housing Affordability and Rehabilitation Enhancement (PHARE) applicants. Money to fund this round of PHARE applications came from two sources: Marcellus Shale Impact Fees and Realty Transfer Taxes.
